Shipping — Moby Dick Specialties

You pay actual freight — no handling fees, ever.

• No card is charged when you place the order. We pick, pack and weigh your order, then charge the card on file for your account once — merchandise plus the actual UPS/FedEx/truck freight. New accounts with no card on file: the office calls you for a card before the order is filled. Net-30 accounts pay by check after delivery.
• We quote every order multiple ways and ship the least expensive way that protects your goods.
• Ordering from our sister company Upper Deck Ltd too? Tell us in the order notes — we pack the two orders together to save you shipping (orders and minimums remain separate per company).
• Showroom pickup (Fairhaven, MA) is welcome — choose it in the cart and pay when you're here. The minimum for pickup orders is $75 (after quantity discounts).
• International customers: we ship to your U.S. freight forwarder.
• Inspect boxes at delivery and note any damage on the proof of delivery — see File a Claim.
